As a small business, we do not stock all wigs and hairpieces in-store due to the extensive variety of colors and options available. When you place an online order, if the item is not immediately available on our shelves, we will order it from our trusted distributor. Your order can be shipped directly to the store for pickup (which takes 4-5 business days) or drop-shipped directly to your address. If you choose not to drop-ship, when we receive your item, it will be sent for delivery the next business day. If you choose in-store pickup, you will be contacted on the day your order arrives.

Our hair product, online inventory is always up to date. When you purchase products for shipping, they are dispatched the next business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your address. For in-store pickup, you will be notified when your items are ready.

RETURN POLICY

All This Hair works hard to ensure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from purchase date for a refund or exchange if the item meets the following criteria:

• Item must be unused and/or unworn

• Item must still be in its original packaging with all tags attached

• Item must not be damaged or show any signs of use or wear

• You must have a receipt to show proof of purchase

• If item has been exposed to odors such as smoke or perfume, the item will not be accepted

• Any purchased item that has been customized in any way

• Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of any clearance, sale, or discontinued items.

  Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs along with a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.
